In 2018 the Investment and Trading Division of Taripta Corporation extended its investment scope to include real estate assets. 

 

The firm's real estate investing activities started in the residential development space, proving high-end luxury products to the housing market, before diversifying into both commercial and middle market housing.

Today, the firm's real estate portfolio includes residential assets, commercial assets, listed real estate investment trust units and rural commodity producing agricultural land assets.
